Shipping policy

All my products are handmade and take time to produce. 

In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.
Ears currently in production and custom pieces take 3-5 weeks to produce and ship.
Details about available inventory are located on each product page and are updated in real time. Items in cart don't update the inventory quantity until sold. If you have questions about immediate quantity on hand, please message me. 

I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them, since it's the responsibility of the shipping service company. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

I use UPS and USPS depending on your location. All packages include tracking and $100 carrier liability insurance. International customers: expect 10-21 days delivery plus customs fees.

Holiday shipping: Order in-stock items by December 10th for Christmas delivery. Made-to-order items should be purchased by November 15th. This doesn't guarantee your made-to-order item will be delivered by Christmas, however I know this is important to you and I'll do my best to get this created and shipped quickly.
